La STIB doit : - optimaliser le recouvrement de ses créances impayées afin de sauvegarder sa trésorerie en vue de l'amélioration de ses services aux usagers, ainsi que le lui impose le contrat de gestion qui la lie à la Région de Bruxelles Capitale ; - faire prendre conscience à ses clients et à ses cocontractants de sa détermination à obtenir le paiement de son dû. - avoir un accès permanent aux données actualisées des dossiers et aux statistiques, et disposer d’une traçabilité complète, y compris en cas d’engagement de procédures judiciaires. Le prestataire doit : - avoir un système de transmission de données sécurisé et compatible avec l’infrastructure de la STIB ; - tenir compte de la mission de la STIB et tenir compte du profil de sa clientèle.
