Exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works for "SECONDARY WATER SUPPLY NETWORK ALONG 6TH STREET FROM THE INTERSECTION WITH 17TH STREET TO THE INTERSECTION WITH 5TH STREET, B. BENKOVSKI, MARITSA MUNICIPALITY"

The project solution envisages the reconstruction of the water pipeline along 6th Street in the section from the intersection with 17th Street to the intersection with 5th Street, B. Benkovski, Maritsa Municipality. The project includes the replacement of 186.40 m of water pipeline with PEHD PE100 polyethylene pipes with a nominal pressure of PN10 SDR 17. Pipes with a diameter of DN 90 will be used. The project includes the replacement of 9 building connections. The building connections are made of PEHD pipes with diameters DN 32, and for existing larger ones - with equivalent ones. The water pipeline identified for reconstruction will be built using the trench, open method (excavation). The newly designed water pipeline must be laid in the roadway in accordance with the current regulation and according to Ordinance No. 8 on rules and norms for the placement of technical conduits and facilities in populated areas of 28.07.1999. Polyethylene pipes are laid in a trench with a depth according to the longitudinal profile, on a sand-formed and well-compacted bottom of the construction trench. The laying depth of the new water pipeline should comply with the requirements for minimum earth cover under streets under dynamic load and be at least 1.50 m. A sand bed (or a bed of fraction 0-4 mm) in the construction trench is planned to be 10 cm thick. All excavations are accepted to be reinforced with vertical slopes. The project envisages the construction of 2 new above-ground fire hydrants. Shut-off valves are provided on the water pipeline branch, which will facilitate the operation of the network. The object is third category, according to art. 137 of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 of MRRB on the nomenclature of types of construction.
