В предметния обхват на възлагане в настоящата обществена поръчка са включени следните дейности: Дейност 1. Изготвяне на технически инвестиционен проект за обекта в т.ч. съгласуването му, съобразено с нормативните изисквания; Дейност 2. Упражняване на авторски надзор по време на изпълнението на строителните и монтажни работи на обекта; При изготвяне на проектната документация, екипът на изпълнителя за изработване на инвестиционния проект, следва да се съобрази с изискванията на Възложителя, действащите към момента технически и нормативни изисквания, клаузите на договора за изпълнение и техническата спецификация. Инвестиционния проект по всички части следва да бъде изпълнен в съответствие с изискванията на Наредба № 4/21.05.2001 г. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти, издадена от Министъра на регионалното развитие/ с изм. и доп./ В инвестиционния проект да се предвиждат продукти (материали и изделия), които съответстват на техническите спецификации на действащите в Република България нормативни актове за проектиране, изпълнение и контрол на строежите.
