As a result of the first phase of this procedure, the Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with a total framework amount of HUF 1,454,003,000 net. The task of the successful tenderer is to operate public bus routes according to the timetable, to provide passenger transport services, for section 6 in the Central Hungary Region, primarily in the suburban part of Budapest. The task of the successful tenderer is to provide buses of the type and seating capacity specified in the individual contract awarded based on the framework agreement, to pick up passengers, to perform passenger transport tasks, to carry out the necessary administration, to handle specific on-site customer requests, and to perform other tasks detailed in the technical description, in compliance with legal frameworks. During the term of the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority is entitled to conclude individual contract(s) up to the upper limit of the framework amount. The expected quantity for section 6 is a total of 1,612,800 scheduled kilometers (km) of passenger transport services using buses of the type specified above, this data is for information purposes only and the Contracting Authority does not undertake any obligation for it. The expected magnitude of the direct order for passenger transport with the largest bus – without considering the expected magnitude of separate contracts to be performed simultaneously – is expected to reach and/or exceed 537,600 scheduled kilometers for section 6, this data is for information purposes only and the Contracting Authority does not undertake any obligation for it. The Contracting Authority understands scheduled kilometers to exclude service and overhead kilometers. The Contracting Authority understands "scheduled kilometers" to mean kilometers traveled with passengers as advertised in the timetable, including services operated parallel to the scheduled service or temporarily initiated in relation to such a service, operating on the full or a shorter section of the timetable route, possibly skipping some stops (second part). The Contracting Authority understands "service kilometers" to mean performance arising from operational and technical reasons related to the transport task (e.g., transfers between services, departures and arrivals, return legs of second parts, refueling trips), and "overhead kilometers" to mean performance of "operational purpose" trips not related to passenger transport activities (e.g., relocation of buses between depots, test drives). After the conclusion of the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority intends to satisfy its procurement needs arising during the term of the framework agreement through direct orders. The expected maximum number of buses to be used simultaneously during the term of the framework agreement is 8 buses, with at least 65 seats (by "seats" the Contracting Authority means the sum of seats and standing places for a given bus, excluding the driver's seat), and standard buses with at least Euro V environmental classification. The bus must be of M3/II class. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the procurement, especially regarding the buses to be used in the performance and the bus drivers, are included in the technical description, which is part of the procurement documents.
