⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be leased : 6 Shared server systems
⑷ Lease period : From 1 October 2026 through 30 September 2030
⑸ Lease place : As in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A, B, C or D in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders of the "offer of services etc." by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Hokkaido region in the fiscal year of 2025・2026・2027
③ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
④ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau during the time of tender opening from time limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification
⑤ obtained a bid manual directly from system or the person of ordering
⑺ Time limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 p.m. 29 May 2026
⑻ Time limit for tender : 2 : 00 p.m. 23 June 2026
