入 札 公 告下記のとおり請負業務について一般競争入札に付します。記１．競争入札に付する事項(１)請負業務名及び数量 大分大学臨床検査委託業務 ６４項目(２)委託期間 令和８年６月１日～令和１０年５月３１日までの間に委託した検査について結果報告が完了するまでとする。(３)履行場所 大分大学医学部附属病院２．競争に参加する者に必要な資格(１)国立大学法人大分大学契約事務取扱規程第７条及び第８条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお，未成年者，被保佐人又は被補助人であって，契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は，第7条中，特別な理由がある場合に該当する。(２)国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)又は国立大学法人大分大学の競争参加資格のいずれかにおいて令和８年度に九州・沖縄地域の「役務の提供等」のＡ，Ｂ又はＣ等級に格付けされている者であること。(３)国立大学法人大分大学契約事務取扱規程第６条第２項の規定に基づき，契約担当役が定める資格を有する者であること。(４)契約担当役から取引停止の措置を受けている期間中の者でないこと。３．入札書の提出及び契約条項を示す場所〒８７９－５５９３ 大分県由布市挾間町医大ヶ丘１丁目１番地国立大学法人大分大学財務部調達課用度グループ 電話：０９７－５８６－５３６０４．入札説明書の交付場所 本公告の日から３の場所で配付する。５．入札説明会 実施しない６．入札書の受領期限 令和８年 ４月２８日 １７時００分まで７．開札の日時及び場所 令和８年 ５月２０日 １４時００分大分大学医学部管理棟２階 第２会議室８．入札保証金 免除する。９. 契約保証金 免除する。10．入札者に求められる義務この一般競争入札に参加する者は，封印した入札書の他に契約担当役が配付する入札説明書で指定する書類を作成し，これを入札書に添付して提出しなければならない。11．入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者の提出した入札書，入札者に求められる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札書，その他国立大学法人大分大学契約事務取扱規程第２４条第１項各号に揚げる入札書は無効とする。12．落札者の決定方法国立大学法人大分大学契約事務取扱規程第１５条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った人札者を落札者とする。ただし,落札者となるべき者の入札価格によっては,その者により当該契約の内容に適合した履行がなされないおそれがあると認められるとき,又はその者と契約を締結することが公正な取引の秩序を乱すこととなるおそれがあって著しく不適当であると認められるときは,予定価格の制限の範囲内の価格をもって入札した他の者のうち最低の価格をもって入札した者を落札者とする。13．契約書の作成要否等 契約締結に当たっては，契約書を作成する。14．その他 詳細は入札説明書による。令和８年４月１３日国立大学法人大分大学契約担当役 尾田 史郎
