Description

Ce marché concerne l’aménagement de plusieurs espaces publics, notamment la Place Vauban, le Boulevard Jacques Bertrand et le Boulevard Solvay, afin d’en améliorer la sécurité et l’esthétique. Les travaux se font à proximité des voiries du réseau IIb et IIIa du Boulevard Jacques Bertrand, Boulevard Solvay et de la place Vauban, respectivement. Les travaux prévus incluent : • Le démontage des bacs à arbres sur la Place Vauban ; • Les terrassements nécessaires à la création des fondations, sous-fondations et fosses de plantation ; • La pose d’éléments linéaires et de revêtements en pavés de pierre bleue et en terre cuite ; • La plantation d’arbres ; • L’installation et le déplacement du mobilier urbain sur le boulevard Solvay et la zone Campus, ainsi que sa signalisation autour de la Place Vauban ; • La sécurisation des gradins ; • L’amélioration des bornes maraîchères, principalement situées sur le Boulevard Jacques Bertrand et ses rues adjacentes ; • Le pavage et la sécurisation du Boulevard Solvay à l’entrée du Campus ; • La sécurisation de l’escalier en verre aux deux entrées du parking RCA par l’ajout d’un revêtement antidérapant ; • L’installation d’une nouvelle signalisation sur la place Vauban et ses alentours. Les travaux décrits ci-dessus ne sont pas exhaustifs, le détail des travaux est repris dans les clauses techniques et le métré récapitulatif annexés au cahier spécial des charges.
