HOSPITALITY SERVICES FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE 67TH THESSALONIKI FILM FESTIVAL, 05 – 15.11.2026

The Thessaloniki Film Festival intends to award the following services: A. 60 overnight stays for individuals in double rooms for single use with breakfast (60 nights x 1 person), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least four stars, which demonstrably have specially adapted rooms for people with disabilities, with suitable toilets within the rooms. B. 108 overnight stays in double rooms for double use with breakfast (108 nights x 2 people), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least four stars, which demonstrably have specially adapted rooms for people with disabilities, with suitable toilets within the rooms. C. 18 overnight stays in triple rooms for triple use with breakfast (18 nights x 3 people), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least four stars, which demonstrably have specially adapted rooms for people with disabilities, with suitable toilets within the rooms. D. 589 overnight stays for individuals in double rooms for single use with breakfast (589 nights x 1 person), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least four stars. E. 190 overnight stays in double rooms for double use with breakfast (190 nights x 2 people), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least four stars. F. 19 overnight stays in triple rooms for triple use with breakfast (19 nights x 3 people), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least four stars. Hotels A – F will be within a radius of no more than five hundred (500) meters, measured in a straight line on the map, either from the Festival's headquarters at the Olympion building, or from the Warehouses of the Thessaloniki Port Authority, where screenings and other Festival activities take place. G. 388 overnight stays for individuals in double rooms for single use with breakfast (388 nights x 1 person), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least four stars. H. 68 overnight stays in double rooms for double use with breakfast (68 nights x 2 people), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least four stars. I. 8 overnight stays in triple rooms for triple use with breakfast (8 nights x 3 people), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least four stars, in close proximity to each other. J. 80 overnight stays for individuals in double rooms for single use with breakfast (80 nights x 1 person), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least five stars. K. 10 overnight stays in double rooms for double use with breakfast (10 nights x 2 people), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least five stars. L. 10 overnight stays in triple rooms for triple use with breakfast (10 nights x 3 people), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least five stars, in close proximity to each other. Hotels G – L will be within a radius of no more than one thousand two hundred (1,200) meters, measured in a straight line on the map, either from the Festival's headquarters at the Olympion building, or from the Warehouses of the Thessaloniki Port Authority, where screenings and other Festival activities take place. M. 20 overnight stays for individuals in double rooms for single use with breakfast (20 nights x 1 person), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least five stars. N. 20 overnight stays in double rooms for double use with breakfast (20 nights x 2 people), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least five stars. O. 5 overnight stays in triple rooms for triple use with breakfast (5 nights x 3 people), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least five stars. P. 5 overnight stays in suites for triple use with breakfast (5 nights x 3 people), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least five stars. Q. 300 overnight stays for individuals in double rooms for single use with breakfast (300 nights x 1 person), during the aforementioned period, in hotels of at least three stars.
