2. Bidding Eligibility Requirements: Required Construction Industry License: Specialized or General (Civil Engineering Work). Industry and Overall Score: The overall evaluation score (P score) for civil engineering work in the latest management performance review as of the bid announcement date must be 800 or higher. Construction Experience Requirements: Must have experience as the prime contractor in civil engineering work with a single contract value of ¥56 million or more, ordered by the national government or local governments, completed since fiscal year 2009. (Experience as a member of a joint venture is limited to those with a capital contribution ratio of 40% or more.) Requirements for Assigned Technicians: The chief technician or supervising technician assigned to this project must be directly and constantly employed for at least 3 months and meet the following conditions. a. Must be able to be exclusively assigned to this project. However, exclusivity is not required if the contract price is less than ¥45 million. b.
