Construction Overview (1) Construction Name: Reiwa 7 Fiscal Year Kobe Prison Automatic Fire Alarm System Receiver Renovation Work (2) Construction Location: 120 Morita, Okubo-cho, Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, Kobe Prison (3) Construction Details: This work involves replacing a total of 4 receivers: 2 for the dormitory buildings, 1 for the factory building, and 1 for the administration building. (4) Construction Period: Until January 29, Reiwa 9 (5) Main materials and equipment to be used: Refer to attached specifications and documents. (6) Matters not described in the drawings and specifications for this work shall be in accordance with the "Standard Specifications for Renovation Construction (Electrical Work)" (Reiwa 7 Edition) supervised by the Director-General of the Facilities Department, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. However, for items not covered by the Standard Specifications for Renovation Construction, the "Standard Specifications for Public Construction (Electrical Work)" (Reiwa 7 Edition) supervised by the Director-General of the Facilities Department, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and the "Standard Drawings for Public Construction (Mechanical Equipment Work)" (Reiwa 7 Edition) supervised by the Equipment and Environment Division, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, shall apply. (7) The bidding procedures for this project will be conducted through the Electronic Procurement System (Government Electronic Procurement System (GEPS) (https://www.geps.go.jp/)). (5) Method of selecting the successful bidder: The successful bidder will be the one who submits the lowest valid bid within the limit of the estimated price prepared in accordance with Article 79 of the Public Finance Law. However, if it is deemed that the contract cannot be performed in accordance with its content by the prospective successful bidder due to their bid price, or if it is deemed significantly inappropriate as it would disrupt fair trade order, the bidder with the next lowest bid price within the limit of the estimated price may be selected as the successful bidder. Furthermore, if the bid price of the prospective successful bidder falls below the investigation standard price based on Article 85 of the Public Finance Law, an investigation will be conducted in accordance with Article 86 of the Public Finance Law.
