Please note that the successful bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (rounded down to the nearest yen if there are fractions of less than one yen). Therefore, bidders shall state in their bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of their estimated contract amount, regardless of whether they are a taxable or exempt business operator for consumption tax.
2. Eligibility for Participation in Competition
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Article 5 of the Regulations on Contract Procedures of the National Hospital Organization (hereinafter referred to as "Contract Regulations"). Minors, persons under guardianship, or persons under assistance who have obtained the necessary consent for concluding a contract may be applicable in cases of special reasons within the said article.
(2) Must not fall under the provisions of Article 6 of the Contract Regulations.
(3) Must be graded A, B, or C in the "Sales of Goods" category of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's qualification for participation in tenders (unified qualification for all ministries and agencies) and have the qualification to participate in tenders in the Kyushu/Okinawa region. Applications for such qualifications are accepted at any time at the application reception desk listed in the official gazette, Notice of Qualifications for Tenderers, Extra Edition No. 58, dated March 31, Reiwa 8.
(4) Must have proven that they have a system in place for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased equipment.
(5) Must meet the qualifications determined by the accounting officer based on the provisions of Article 4 of the Contract Regulations.
