Matters Concerning Competitive Tenders (1) Construction Name: Reconstruction Work of Fire Hydrant Piping and Steam Piping, etc. at Okinawa Prison in Reiwa 7 (2) Construction Site: Okinawa Prison, 330 Gushiken, Nanjo City, Okinawa Prefecture (3) Construction Details: Partial replacement and renovation work of fire hydrant piping and steam piping within Okinawa Prison. (4) Construction Period: From the day after the contract date until March 23, Reiwa 9 (5) Other: This construction is subject to the obligation to implement separate demolition, etc., and recycling of specified construction material waste, etc., in accordance with the "Law for the Promotion of the Recycling of Construction Materials, etc." (Law No. 104 of 2000). 2. (Companies that have filed for commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act (Law No. 154 of 2002) or for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Law No. 225 of 1999) must have obtained re-certification of general competitive tender qualification in accordance with procedures separately prescribed by the Ministry of Justice after the decision to commence proceedings.)
