Description
To gather information to assist the Commonwealth in effectively analyzing the available resources, cost, procedures and challenges to obtain Assisted Living Facility (ALF) services for individuals found to meet the criteria as Sexually Violent Predators (SVPs) pursuant to Va. Code Section 37.2-900 et. seq. and suitable by the court of jurisdiction for conditional release and reside in the community.
