The period from the conclusion of the contract to the commencement of on-site construction (period until the establishment of the site office, delivery of materials, or commencement of temporary work) does not require the exclusive presence of the chief engineer or supervising engineer on the construction site. The date of commencement of on-site construction shall be determined in consultation with the supervisor after the successful bid decision. 2. The period after the completion of construction, inspection, and only administrative procedures and clean-up remain does not require the exclusive presence of the chief engineer or supervising engineer on the construction site. The basic concept and procedures shall be in accordance with Chapter 1 "Design Change Guidelines" and Chapter 3 "Work Suspension Guidelines" of the "Collection of Materials for Smooth Construction of Civil Engineering Work (Revised February Reiwa 7)" by the Yamagata Prefectural Civil Engineering Work Smooth Construction Promotion Council. 1-10. Lifting Equipment Lifting equipment shall be a crane truck or a backhoe with a crane function as standard. If other equipment must be used, the supervisor's written approval must be obtained. 1-11. Notification to Adjacent Residents Before commencing construction, prepare a "Construction Notice" with an attached map showing the construction area, and distribute it to the local neighborhood association chairman and adjacent residents after obtaining the supervisor's approval. When performing work that requires complete road closure, install advance warning signs and provide notification to relevant organizations (kindergartens, nurseries, day services, etc.). - 3 - 1-12. Public-Private Boundary In principle, boundary inspections shall be conducted before commencing construction. When installing ditches, they shall be installed at the public-private boundary. If it is not possible to install them at the boundary, ditches shall be installed with the supervisor's approval and the consent of the landowner or residents, and the public-private boundary shall be clearly marked with boundary stakes, etc. After installing boundary stakes, etc., submit a record to the supervisor. 1-13. Obstructing Items for Construction 1. Underground buried items, etc. (1) During the current situation survey, confirm the surrounding conditions (overhead power lines, NTT lines, etc.). For buried items, confirm using the "Application for Certificate of Underground Buried Items and Certificate." (2) If necessary, conduct trial excavations to investigate the type, location, etc., of underground buried items and report the clearance from underground buried items, etc., to the supervisor with drawings and photographs. (3) If underground buried items, etc., pose an obstacle as a result of (2), the supervisor shall request relocation from the facility manager of the underground buried items, etc., and commence this project after the facility manager completes the relocation work for the obstructing items. 2. Specified construction waste (concrete, asphalt, construction debris) generated by this project shall be transported to a recycling facility. 2. In accordance with Article 6 of the Construction Recycling Act, "Fair Burden of Costs for Recycling of Construction Waste," the disposal facilities for specified construction waste specified in the conditions are as follows. After completion of transport, the industrial waste management ticket (manifest) must be presented to the supervisor upon request. 3. If the contractor chooses a method other than the specified conditions in the preceding paragraph for their own convenience, they shall explain it during the pre-contract explanation as stipulated in Article 1, Chapter 1, Section 1-1-12, "Construction By-products," Paragraph 2 of the Common Special Specifications for Civil Engineering Work.
