Original language: ukМасло солодковершкове 73%, ДСТУ 4399. Масло вершкове повинно бути без вмісту консервантів, рослинних жирів, інших речовин, заборонених для використання. Масова частка жиру повинна складати не менше 73%. Масло вершкове повинно бути свіже, світло-жовтого кольору, із запахом характерним для свіжого масла. Масло має бути виготовлене лише з коров'ячого молока та продуктів його перероблення та тільки з вершків або продуктів перероблення коров'ячого молока. Форма правильна, без ознак деформації. Консистенція м’яка, еластична без ознак крихкості.
Пакування: Товар повинен бути наданий в тарі та (або) упакований звичайним для нього способом, що забезпечує зберігання товару під час звичайних умов зберігання та транспортування відповідно нормативно-технічної документації. Фасування: в пергаментній або алюмінієвій обгортці массою по 5 кілограм.
Обов’язкова наявність маркування, якісного посвідчення з вказанням нормативного документа, згідно якого виготовлений продукт, ДСТУ, дати виготовлення, пакування, умов зберігання.

Поставка Товару здійснюється: Масло солодковершкове 73%, ДСТУ 4399 – 1 раз на кожні 14 календарних днів протягом дії договору, відповідно до заявки сестри медичної з дієтичного харчування Замовника, до 18 грудня 2026 року.
Поставка товару здійснюється, згідно з заявками Замовника, транспортом Постачальника чи транспортом перевізника за рахунок Постачальника протягом 5-ти робочих днів з 8.00 до 14.00 з моменту отримання заявки від відповідальної особи Замовника, яка передається телефонним зв’язком або електронною поштою. Заявка вважається отриманою Постачальником через дві години з моменту відправки Замовником електронного повідомлення.
Розвантажувальні роботи згідно договору за рахунок Постачальника.
