Pirkimo objektas skaidomas į 4 dalis, perkamų prekių apimtys, techniniai reikalavimai, sutarties vykdymo sąlygos apibrėžti šiose pirkimo sąlygose, kiekvienai pirkimo daliai atskirai parengtuose pirkimo sąlygų 1 priede „Techninė specifikacija“ ir 7 priede „Sutarties projektas“. Perkančioji organizacija sudarys atskiras sutartis dėl pirkimo dalių, dėl kurių laimėtoju nustatytas tas pats tiekėjas. Sutarties kainos apskaičiavimui, vadovaujantis Viešųjų pirkimų tarnybos patvirtinta Kainodaros metodika, pasirinktas fiksuoto įkainio metodas.
