Description
Pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(i)(D) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, the NYC Department of Probation intends to extend the contract with Esperanza NY Inc through means of Negotiation Acqusition Extension for provision of the Adolescent IMPACT Program. The term of the extension will be from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 for $3,496,328.34.
