Description
Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rule Section 3-05, the Department of Probation (DOP) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Automon LLC to purchase maintenance, subscriptions, and associated consulting services which are supplied exclusively by Automon LLC. These products and services will be utilized as part of the Caseload Explorer System, which is already utilized by DOP as a case management system of record. DOP has determined that Automon LLC. is the only source for maintenance, subscriptions, and consulting, as the sole owner of the Caseload Explorer system and all associated code. The term of the contract will be from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.Any vendor who reasonably believes they can provide these subscriptions, maintenance and consulting should submit an expression of interest by email prior to the Due Date and Time stated in this advertisement.
