Description

Oppdragsgiver inviterer til konkurranse for anskaffelse av to identiske, avanserte inverterte fluorescensmikroskop (systemmikroskop) med mulighet for kamera og programvare til Oslo universitetssykehus HF (OUS). Systemene skal brukes ved Avdeling for mikrobiologi, Forskningsseksjonen, Cellekultur og virologi (BSL3-laboratorium), og ved Avdeling for farmakologi.Mikroskopene skal brukes i forskning og laboratoriearbeid med cellekulturer, til mikroskopisk vurdering og kvantitativ analyse av cellekulturer enten med fasekontrast eller fluorescens. Primært skal de brukes til rutinemessig vurdering av cellemorfologi, konfluens og påvisning av cytopatisk effekt (CPE) etter virusinfeksjon. I tillegg skal de brukes til flerkanals fluorescensmikroskopi for dokumentasjon og kvantitativ analyse av fluorescensmerkede celler.Det skal i tillegg tilbys opsjon på ytterligere ett tilsvarende fluorescensmikroskop samt serviceavtaler og servicetjenester.
