Construction Experience Requirements: Bidders must have experience in completing and delivering the following works as the prime contractor by the bid participation application deadline on or after Reiwa 23 (2041). (Joint ventures are limited to those with a capital contribution ratio of 20% or more). - Demolition work of buildings with a construction cost of ¥12,000,000 or more. However, works ordered by the national government or Gifu Prefecture with a construction performance evaluation score of less than 65 points will not be recognized. Placement of Technical Personnel Requirements: The chief technical engineer or supervising engineer engaged in this work must meet the following criteria (A and B) and be able to be assigned at the start of the contract period for this work. However, the person must be able to be assigned exclusively from the start of work on this site (December 7, Reiwa 8). A.
