Eligibility Requirements Those who meet all of the following requirements can participate in this proposal. a. Not subject to Aisho Town's exclusion measures on any day from the date of announcement to the contract date. b. Not falling under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Act Enforcement Order (Showa 2, Cabinet Order No. 16). c. Not a person for whom an application for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Company Rehabilitation Law (Heisei 14, Law No. 154) has been filed, or for whom commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Law (Heisei 1, Law No. 25) has been filed (excluding those who have received approval for a rehabilitation plan under the Civil Rehabilitation Law and whose decision has not been revoked). d. No arrears in national or local taxes. e. Not a person belonging to a "Boryokudan" (organized crime group) as defined in Article 2, Item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Boryokudan Members, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Boryokudan"), or a person who carries out activities that benefit Boryokudan as defined in Item 6 of the same Article, or a person closely related to them. f.
