Business Overview (1) Purpose of Business The purpose is to formulate the "Okinawa City Crisis Management Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "this Plan"), which systematically defines the crisis management response system, preparedness, emergency response, and post-crisis measures, in order to protect the lives and property of citizens, enabling appropriate and prompt response when a crisis occurs. Eligibility Those who wish to participate in the proposal must satisfy all of the following conditions. In the case of participation as a joint venture, all members must satisfy these conditions. (2) Must be a legal entity registered in Japan, with a head office or branch (business office) in Okinawa Prefecture, and with regular employees permanently stationed at said office. (3) Not subject to suspension of participation under the "Procedures for Suspension of Bidding etc. for Qualified Bidders in Okinawa City" (Decision Date: April 16, 2012) from the date of public notice until the date of selection of the contract candidate. (4) No arrears in corporate tax, income tax, local tax, consumption tax, or local consumption tax. (5) Not undergoing rehabilitation or reorganization procedures under the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002), Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999), etc. (6) Not subject to bankruptcy proceedings under the Bankruptcy Act (Act No. 75 of 2004).
