Details: 1. Matters for Competitive Bidding (1) Procurement Name: FY2026 Outsourcing of Special Health Examinations for Information Equipment Work (Unit Price Contract) (2) Nature of Procurement: As per specifications. (3) Contract Period: As per specifications. (4) Place of Performance: Location designated by the Authorized Officer for Expenditure. (5) Bidding Method: For the bid amount, state the total amount obtained by multiplying the unit price for each inspection item by the planned quantity. The successful bid price will be the amount obtained by adding 10% of the amount stated in the bid form to that amount (if there is a fraction of less than 1 yen, it will be rounded down). Therefore, bidders shall write in their bid forms an amount equivalent to 100/110 of their estimated amount, regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt businesses for consumption tax, etc. 2. Conditions for Participation in Competitive Bidding: All of the following conditions must be met. (1) The bidder must not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Budget, Revenue, and Expenditure Regulations.
