The electronic procurement system implements an electronic lottery function to improve user convenience.
To conduct an electronic lottery, a number from 000 to 999 set by the bidder is required. (2) If a bid below the survey standard price stipulated in Article 85 of the Financial Affairs Law is submitted, the bid will be "held," and an investigation will be conducted in accordance with Article 86 of the Financial Affairs Law.
