FY2026 Water Quality Control Boat Inspection and Maintenance Services NOTICE OF PUBLIC TENDER The following is hereby put up for public tender. Matters for Competitive Bidding (1) Subject: FY2026 Water Quality Control Boat Inspection and Maintenance Services (Project subject to Electronic Procurement System) (2) Specifications, etc.: This project is to perform maintenance for the purpose of maintaining the functionality of the water quality control boats managed by the Kiso River Lower Reaches River Office. Details are provided in the specifications. (3) Delivery Deadline (or Period of Performance): From the day after the contract is concluded until February 26, Reiwa 9. (4) Delivery Location (or Performance Location): Matsunoki Chisakichi, Shima-cho, Nagashima, Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture. (5) Bidding Method: For the determination of the successful bidder, the amount obtained by adding 10% of the amount stated in the bid form to that amount (if there is a fraction of less than 1 yen in that amount, the fraction shall be rounded down) shall be the winning bid price. Therefore, bidders shall state in their bid form an amount equivalent to 100/100 of the estimated contract desired amount, regardless of whether they are taxable or exempt from consumption tax and local consumption tax. The number of bids shall be limited to two in principle, but a third bid may be conducted in some cases. (2) Persons who have been certified in the Tokai-Hokuriku region for the "Services, etc." category in the Reiwa 7, 8, and 9 general (designated) competitive bidding qualifications (all-ministry unified qualifications) and have been graded as A, B, C, or D. (3) Persons who have not filed for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (excluding those who have completed the re-application procedure based on the public notice regarding competitive participation qualifications). (4) Persons who have not been subject to a suspension of designation from the Director of the Chubu Regional Development Bureau during the period from the deadline for receipt of applications, etc. to the time of bid opening.
