Description
Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the City's Procurement Policy Board Rules, The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) intends to enter into a Sole Source contract with Older Adults Technology Services, Inc. The vendor will provide digital literacy and training on using the internet for low-income adults aged 55 and older.This Sole Source procurement is being managed through PASSPort.
