Description
PIN: 22AZ001701R0X00 Pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(ii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene are entering into a Negotiated Acquisition with Weston United Community Renewal Inc. to provide supportive housing services. The vendor previously had a contract to provide the same services through the NY/NY III open-ended RFP. Weston United Community Renewal Inc. is the only vendor eligible for this award.
DOHMH is entering into contracts with a provider previously selected through the NY/NY III open-ended RFP for these services. Considering the housing crisis in New York City, in order to save fiscal resources in a time of financial constraints and in the best interest of the city, DOHMH will contract the provider that was selected via the open ended RFP. No other vendors are eligible for award at this time.
