Description
Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rule Section 3-05, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene intends to enter into a sole source agreement with BIOLYTICAL LABORATORIES INC., to procure sole source INSTI HIV kits. DOHMH has determined that INSTI HIV-1/HIV-2 Antibody Test and INSTI HIV-1/HIV-2/Negative Control are sole source products manufactured and slod exclusively by bioLytical Laboratories, Inc. These products must be purchased directly from bioLytical Laboratories as there are no current agents or dealers authorized to represent these products.Any firm which believes is qualified to provide such products are welcome to submit an expression of interest. All related inquiries should be sent via the Discussion Forum in PASSPort or to Min Feng (Jason) Wang at mwang3@health.nyc.gov no later than August 31, 2021 by 12:00 PM.
