8192 - Reconstruction of Storage Tanks TVD1-3 in HVB1 and HVB2

This public procurement concerns the design and subsequent execution of the '8192 - Reconstruction of Storage Tanks TVD1-3 in HVB1 and HVB2' project at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant (JE Dukovany). The project will be carried out as a higher-completion supply of machinery and equipment, including all necessary modifications to the affected equipment, structures, and systems. The reconstruction will initially involve reinforcing areas on the shell of the storage tanks (ZN) where the wall thickness has fallen below or is at the limit of 5 mm, and the bottom thickness is at or below 4 mm. Additionally, DN500 necks will be replaced. Subsequently, the internal surfaces of the TVD storage tanks will be renovated. This renovation process includes surface preparation, dust-free abrasive blasting, decontamination from salts, and the application of composite coatings. The overall aim is to ensure the structural integrity, safety, and operational reliability of these critical storage tanks.
