Method of Determining the Successful Bidder: Determination Method: (1) The submitted confirmation documents from the successful bid candidate will be reviewed. If the bidder meets the bidding qualification requirements, they will be determined as the successful bidder. If not, confirmation documents will be requested from the next ranked bidder who bid at or below the estimated price (excluding those who bid below the minimum reserve price or disqualification price), and the review will proceed. This process will continue until one bidder meeting the bidding qualification requirements is confirmed. (2) If there are two or more bidders who qualify as the next ranked successful bid candidate, the order of successful bid candidates will be determined by lottery at a separately designated date and time.
