Competitive Bidding Qualifications (1) Must have a qualification of "Goods Sales" and "Service Provision, etc." with a grade of "B," "C," or "D" in the "Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Competitive Bidding Qualifications (All Ministries Unified Qualifications) for Reiwa 7/8/9" and possess qualifications for the "Kanto-Koshinetsu" region.
