令和8年6月12日新発田市長 二階堂 馨記入札に付する事項新発田城跡第33地点出土品樹種同定分析業務委託新発田市教育委員会文化行政課埋蔵文化財整理室契約日から令和8年10月28日まで仕様書のとおり入札に参加する者に必要な資格(本公告の日現在)入札参加資格者名簿の小分類｢文化財保護｣に登載済みであること。
当市を含む地方自治体と契約し、同定分析業務を履行した実績があること。
スケジュール及び入札場所正午までに契約検査課及び市ホームページに掲載します。
正午(必着)新発田市役所本庁舎6階 契約検査課申請書及び入札書は提出期限までに直接又は郵送(必着)により提出することとします。

※入札書を郵送する場合は事前に電話をしてください。
※入札書は、封筒に入れ封印してください。封印方法に指定はありません。
※封筒には称号又は名称、件名を記入してください。
入札書の開札は入札書提出期限以降に契約検査課職員により行います。
入札結果は、入札提出期限当日中に入札参加者全員にメール又はＦＡＸにより連絡します。
同価の入札をした者が2者以上あるときは、当該事務に関係のない職員にくじを引かせ、落札候補者を決定します。
入札の結果不落となった場合は、最低価格を提示した者と入札参加資格審査の上、随意契約の協議を行います。
落札候補者は、入札日翌日(休日は除く。)までに、下記の書類を提出することとします。
①「入札参加資格審査書類の提出について」(別記第２号様式)②「入札金額内訳書」(称号又は名称を記載してください。押印は不要です。)③上記２(２)を証明する書類入札書の入札金額欄には消費税及び地方消費税を含まない金額を記入してください。
