(4) Assigned Technician [Regarding Site Manager] [Regarding Chief or Supervising Engineer] A chief or supervising engineer who meets all of the following requirements must be assigned to this construction project.
*However, if the contract amount for this project is ¥45 million or more (¥90 million or more for general building construction), an employee with a continuous employment relationship of 3 months or more must be assigned exclusively.
