4. Confirmation of Tender Participation Qualification: Those wishing to participate in the tender must submit the Confirmation Application and Confirmation Documents for Public Competitive Tender Participation (hereinafter referred to as "Confirmation Documents") as specified in the tender explanatory documents and undergo confirmation of their tender participation qualification.
