The above table shows the minimum number of bags to be ordered at the time of bidding, and this number may increase after the successful bidder is determined. (2) Has its head office, branch office, or business office located in one of the Kinki prefectures (Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama, Shiga). (3) Has experience in fulfilling similar contracts worth over 10 million yen with municipalities in Nara Prefecture within the past two years. (3) The bidder must have entered into and faithfully fulfilled designated garbage bag manufacturing contracts as a contractor with the national government, local governments, or equivalent organizations within the past five years from the announcement date. (4) The bidder must not be delinquent in national taxes, local taxes, or debts to Gojo City. (5) The bidder must not be subject to suspension of bidding participation measures under the Gojo City Measures Ordinance for Suspension of Bidding Participation in Contracts for Purchase of Goods, etc., or the Gojo City Measures Ordinance for Suspension of Bidding Participation in Contracts for Construction Work, etc., from the announcement date to the contract conclusion date.
