Regarding the sending of the "Specifications Viewing Qualification Confirmation Result Notification": For those who have submitted the "Specifications Viewing Qualification Confirmation Application" to the Contract and Inspection Division, submit the application form (form) to the Contract and Inspection Division by August 6, Reiwa 8, to confirm viewing qualifications.
The form for the "Specifications Viewing Qualification Confirmation Application" is posted on the Kashihara City website (under Bidding/Supervision and Inspection).

Deadline for submission of "Specifications Viewing Qualification Confirmation Application": Must not be subject to disqualification from bidding based on the "Ordinance on Exclusion of Violent Groups from Kashihara City Contracts" (Kashihara City Public Notice No. 175, Reiwa 24).
Among those participating in the bid, the same person must not concurrently serve as the representative.
3. Method of Viewing Specifications: To participate in the bidding for this project, submit the "Specifications Viewing Qualification Confirmation Application" (designated form) by the application deadline below to receive viewing qualification confirmation.
