入 札 公 告 次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。
令和８年５月１４日 支出負担行為担当官 福岡高等検察庁検事長 山 本 真 千 子１ 競争入札に付する事項 名 称 令和８年度福岡高等検察庁及び福岡地方検察庁六法全書等購入契約 内 容 入札説明書及び仕様書による 納入場所 入札説明書及び仕様書による 納入期限 令和８年７月２４日(金)まで２ 競争参加資格 予算決算及び会計令(昭和２２年勅令第１６５号。以下「予決令」という )第 。
７０条の規定に該当しない者であること。
なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ているものは、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
予決令第７１条の規定に該当しない者であること。

入札説明書交付期間内に同説明書の交付を受け、同説明書に基づいて入札参加に必要な書類を提出期限までに提出した者で、かつ、その内容等を踏まえ、本件業務を確実に履行できると当庁支出負担行為担当官が判断した者であること。

５ 入札説明書等の配布期間及び配布場所 令和８年５月１４日(木)から同月２８日(木)までの平日 午前９時～午後零時、午後１時～午後５時 電子調達システム及び上記３の場所にて配布する。
６ 事前提出書類の提出期限及び提出場所 令和８年６月１日(月)午後５時 電子調達システム又は福岡高等検察庁事務局会計課用度係７ 入札書提出期限及び提出場所 令和８年６月９日(火)午後５時 電子調達システム又は福岡高等検察庁事務局会計課用度係８ 開札の日時及び場所 令和８年６月１０日(水)午後１時３０分 電子調達システム又は福岡高等検察庁７階会議室９ その他 入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
入札保証金に関する事項 入札保証金の納付は免除とする。
ただし、落札者が契約を締結しない場合は、違約金として入札金額の１００分の５を徴収する。
契約書作成の要否 要 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者がした入札及び入札に関する条件に違反した入札は、無効とする。
落札者の決定方法 予決令第７９条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内での最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。
