Invalidity of successful bid: If the successful bidder does not conclude the contract within one week from the date of receiving the notice of successful bid award, the successful bid shall be invalid. 4. After the successful bid, confirmation will be sought regarding the desire to conclude the contract using the electronic contract service. (6) If the successful bidder or a member of the joint venture that is the successful bidder receives a suspension of bidding participation qualification based on the "Gifu Prefecture Contract Bidding Participation Qualification Suspension Measures Standards for Contracts for Manufacturing, Procurement of Goods, etc." from Gifu Prefecture during the period from the date of bidding to the date of concluding this contract, the contract may not be concluded with the successful bidder. Furthermore, if the successful bidder or a member of the joint venture that is the successful bidder receives a suspension of bidding participation qualification based on the "Standards for Exclusion of Boryokudan from Contracts by Gifu Prefecture" during the same period, the contract will not be concluded with the successful bidder, and if a suspension of bidding participation qualification based on the same standards is received after the contract is concluded, the contract will generally be canceled.
