""Εκπόνηση του Τοπικού Πολεοδομικού Σχεδίου (Τ.Π.Σ.) βάσει του Νέου Χωροταξικού Νόμου 4759/2020 (ΦΕΚ Α’ 245) «Εκσυγχρονισμός της Χωροταξικής και Πολεοδομικής Νομοθεσίας και άλλων διατάξεων», στα όρια των ΔΕ Αγνάαντωών, Αθαμανίας, Θεοδωριάανωών και Μελισσουργών του Δήμου Κεντρικών Τζουμέρκων όπως αυτά καθορίστηκαν με το Ν. 3852/2010 «Πρόγραμμα Καλλικράτης» και των απαραίτητων υποστηρικτικών μελετών όπως αναφέρονται αναλυτικά παρακάτω: ● Σύνταξη Μελέτης Πολεοδομικού Σχεδιασμού (ΜΠΣ) βάσει των όσων ορίζονται στην Υπουργική Απόφαση (ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΠΟΛΣ/72343/1885/2021) και στο Παράρτημα αυτής. ● Σύνταξη Στρατηγικής Μελέτης Περιβαλλοντικών Επιπτώσεων (ΣΜΠΕ) για την περιβαλλοντική αξιολόγηση των προτεινόμενων από τη ΜΠΣ ρυθμίσεων και κατευθύνσεων με βάση τα αναφερόμενα στην ΚΥΑ 107017/2006 (ΦΕΚ 1225 Β’/5-9-2006) όπως τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει με την Υ.Α. οικ. 40238/2017 (ΦΕΚ 3759/Β’ 25.10.2017). ● Σύνταξη Προκαταρκτικής Μελέτης Γεωλογικής Καταλληλότητας ως υποστηρικτική της ΜΠΣ βάσει των όσων ορίζονται στην Υ.Α. 37691/12-09-2007 (ΦΕΚ 1902 Β’/ 2007) Παράρτημα Ι και Παράρτημα ΙΙ, με προσαρμογή των κλιμάκων των απαιτούμενων γεωλογικών χαρτών στις νέες κλίμακες του χωρικού σχεδιασμού και τις λεπτομερέστερες ρυθμίσεις του Ν4759/2020. ● Σύνταξη Μελέτης Προσωρινής Οριοθέτησης των υφιστάμενων υδατορεμάτων ως υποστηρικτική της ΜΠΣ (σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 5 §2 του ν.4258/2014), σε περίπτωση που προκύψει η ανάγκη οριοθέτησης ρεμάτων εντός των νέων, προς πολεοδόμηση, περιοχών της πρότασης του ΤΠΣ, βάσει των όσων ορίζονται στην ΚΥΑ Αριθμ. οικ.140055/2017 (ΦΕΚ 428/Β/15-2-2017). Μέσα στην μελέτη περιλαμβάνεται η Τοπογραφική Αποτύπωση σύμφωνα με το Π.Δ. 696/74, του Ν4030/2011, του Ν4178/2013 και την ΚΥΑ 140055/2017 (Άρθρο 2) και η Υδρολογική και Υδραυλική Μελέτη βάσει των όσων ορίζονται στο Ν.4258/2014 και την ΚΥΑ 140055/2017 (Άρθρο 3).
