Must have a head office, branch office, or business office in Eniwa City (provided that the business office registration in Eniwa City has been maintained for at least 1 year), and be registered as an Eniwa City competitive bidding participant in the "Design Department (Surveying)" category (however, individuals with personnel relationships (e.g., concurrent directorships), capital relationships (e.g., parent-subsidiary relationships, relationships between subsidiaries of the same parent company), or other relationships that hinder the fairness of bidding are not allowed to apply for the same work together). Must have experience in similar work commissioned in the past (since Reiwa 3). Must meet the requirements of the Publicly Solicited Designated Competitive Bidding Implementation Guidelines. Must not fall under the "Restrictions on Designation" in Article 4 of the Eniwa City Designated Competitive Bidding Participant Designation Standards.
