However, as funding is not yet confirmed at the time of tender opening, the draft contract will include a clause for deferred execution, as per Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act. Under this clause, either party may request contract termination without notice after a three-month period from its conclusion.

The contract will become effective upon its registration in the Contracting Authority's registry system. The execution period for all obligations will be up to 36 months, commencing from the date the Contracting Authority provides notification of secured funding. The estimated value of the procurement is 626,854.43 BGN (excluding VAT). Bidders proposing a value higher than the estimated amount for execution will be subject to further evaluation.
