Competitive Bidding Item: Related services for the implementation of the "FY2027 Advanced Science (FoS) Symposium" (Procurement Number: Goods/Services 54) 2. Competitive Participation Qualifications: (1) Must be rated "A," "B," "C," or "D" in the "Services, etc." category for the Kanto-Koshinetsu region in the FY2025, 2026, and 2027 Unified Qualifications for Government Procurement (all ministries). (2) Must not fall under the restrictions on competitive participants stipulated in Article 4 of the JSPS Contract Regulations. (3) Must not be a member of a violent group, an associate member, or a related party as defined by the "Act on the Prevention of Unfair Acts by Organized Crime Group Members" (Act No. 77 of 1991). 3. Bidding Method: Bid amounts must be for the total amount. When determining the successful bidder, the contract price will be the amount obtained by adding 10% of the bid amount to the amount written on the bid form (if there is a fraction of less than 1 yen, that fraction will be rounded down). Therefore, bidders, regardless of whether they are taxable or non-taxable businesses for consumption tax, must write the amount equivalent to 100/110 of their estimated amount on the bid form. 4. Method of Determining Successful Bidder: The successful bidder will be the bidder who can provide the services indicated in this announcement, and who submits the lowest valid bid within the limit of the estimated price based on Article 10 of the JSPS Contract Regulations.
