Matters Concerning Competitive Tender (1) Name and Scheduled Quantity of Purchased Goods: Purchase of "Nature Materials (GBR)" Foreign Magazine for Reiwa 9 (2027) (2) Characteristics, etc. of Purchased Goods: As described in the attached specifications. However, if the amount is less than the amount paid, the successful bidder shall refund the difference. 6. Language and Currency Used in Contract Procedures: Japanese language and Japanese currency only. 7. Invalid Bids: Bids by those who do not possess the competitive participation qualifications indicated in this announcement, and bids that violate the conditions of bidding. 8. Method of Determining the Successful Bidder: The successful bidder shall be the one who submitted the lowest bid within the limit of the estimated price created in accordance with Article 11 of the National Center for Industrial Property Information and Training Contract Administration Regulations.
