A Long-term Agreement on Maintenance services for the CRACs at GOUNH

UNDP Vietnam is looking for 01 qualified firm/institute/organization for a Long-term Agreement on theMaintenance services for the CRACs at the Green One UN House in Ha Noi, Viet NamUNhas3CRACsModelP1020DAmanufacturedbyEMERSON put into operation from 2015provideair coolfortheData Center running 24 hours a day.

Normally 01 CRAC runs 50% capacity, 01 CRAC provides additional capacity when load increases and 01 CRAC standby.

In addition, we have 01 Daikin AC standby for Crack system.For the CRACs to be in a good working condition at all times, there is need to have them maintained and repaired regularly according to manufacturer’s specifications.This, therefore, requires the engagement of a competent maintenance service provider who will, in a timely fashion, provide maintenance services for the 03 above CRAC and attend to faults from time to time.Scope of work:Providecomprehensivepreventiveandpredictivemaintenanceservices,remedialrepairservices and equipment inspections ensuring CRACs, components and systems operate as intended and in compliance with manufacturer’s recommendations and industry’s best practices.Detail Maintenance Requirements are listed in Annex A-1 of the enclosed TOR.Duration & timing:One year contract with possibility to extend to another two years based on the bidder’s performance, UN’s demand and Retention of the same service fees during the LTA period, except when the fees are reduced without a reduction in the scope and quality of services.Contract starting date: expectedly 16 August2026Duty station: 304 Kim Ma Street, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP.Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link:http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/using the profile you may have in the portal.Women-owned companies are encouraged to bid.
