UNDP Vietnam is looking for 01 qualified firm/institute/organization for a Long-term Agreement on the Maintenance services of the Lifts at the Green One UN House in Ha Noi, Viet NamThe United Nations (UN) operates two lifts installed at the main building of GOUNH, namely:·Model: TE_P900-CO60-6/6·Model: TE_P1350-CO60-7/7.Both lifts are manufactured by ThyssenKrupp and are essential for safe and efficient personnel movement within the building.To ensure continuous, safe, and reliable operation, the lifts require routine preventive maintenance and timely corrective repairs in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and international safety standards.Scope of work:Provide comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance services, remedial repair services and equipment inspections ensuring Lifts, components and systems operate as intended and in compliance with manufacturer’s recommendations and industry’s best practices.Detail Maintenance Requirements are listed in Annex A-1 of the enclosed TOR.Duration & timing:One year contract with possibility to extend to another two years based on the bidder’s performance, UN’s demand and Retention of the same service fees during the LTA period, except when the fees are reduced without a reduction in the scope and quality of services.Contract starting date: expectedly20-Jul-2026Duty station: 304 Kim Ma Street, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP.Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link:http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/using the profile you may have in the portal.Women-owned companies are encouraged to bid.
