Original language: bgОбхватът на обществената поръчка включва: Проектиране; Извършване на строително-монтажни работи; Упражняване на авторски надзор по време на СМР. Дейност №1: Разработване на инвестиционен проект, съгласно Наредба № 4 от 2001 г. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти. Работният проект следва да включва всички мерки, заложени в доклада за енергийно обследване и задължените мерки в техническият паспорт. Проектите следва да бъдат придружени от количествено-стойности сметки по приложимите части. Дейност №2: Изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи в съответствие с част трета „Строителство” от ЗУТ. Предвидените строително-монтажни работи се извършват съгласно изискванията на ЗУТ, подзаконовата нормативна уредба и одобрения проект, респективно следва да се изпълняват и да се поддържат в съответствие с изискванията на нормативните актове, настоящата Документация и техническата спецификация. Обектът да бъде изпълнен в завършен вид с готовност за въвеждане в експлоатация, като качеството на извършваните СМР, да бъде в съответствие с всички действащи нормативни изисквания. Гаранционните срокове са съгласно предвидените в Наредба № 2 от 31.07.2003 г. за въвеждане в експлоатация на строежите в Република България и минимални гаранционни срокове за изпълнени строителни и монтажни работи, съоръжения и строителни обекти. Некачествено свършените работи и некачествените материали и изделия по време на гаранционните срокове ще се коригират и заменят за сметка на Изпълнителя. Изпълнителят е задължен да влага в строежа само строителни продукти, които осигуряват изпълнението на съществените изисквания към строежите и отговарят на техническите изисквания и спецификации. Дейност №3: Авторски надзор. Изпълнителят ще упражнява авторския надзор по време на строителството, съгласно одобрените проектни документации и приложимата нормативна уредба, посредством експертите - проектанти по отделните части на проекта или упълномощени от тях лица при условие, че упълномощените лица притежават квалификация, съответстваща на заложените в процедурата минимални изисквания към съответния експерт проектант и са предварително одобрени от Възложителя. РЗП - 5668,7 m2;Топлинно изолиране на външни стени - 2144,94 m2;Топлинно изолиране на покрив - 343,43 m2;Топлинно изолиране на под - 359 m2;Подмяна на прозорци и врати - 831,49 m2;Посочените количества са ориентировъчни.
