This tender concerns the heating system for a new building, designated as JLU GI SEM1. The primary heat source will be a connection to the municipal district heating network. This connection will be indirect, facilitated by a district heating transfer station to be provided by the utility provider. Within the technical room on the ground floor (EG), heating circuits 1 (static heating surfaces on the ground floor) and 2 (underfloor heating) will be drawn from the distribution manifold. A supply line will run from the ground floor technical room to the technical floor (4th upper floor), from which the remaining heating circuits 3 to 5 will be supplied. These include ventilation systems (RLT), static heating surfaces on the 3rd upper floor, and static heating surfaces on the 1st and 2nd upper floors. The ground floor foyer, the 1st upper floor hall, and other smaller areas will be heated via underfloor heating. The remaining rooms will be equipped with radiators. Notably, no shaped components will be installed within the underfloor construction. Instead, for the seminar areas, heating circuit distributors are planned, regulated by zone valves. From these distributors, radiators will be connected individually and without shaped components. The project focuses on the installation and integration of the heating infrastructure within the new building, ensuring efficient and zoned temperature control.
