The City Palace Wiesbaden is a high-profile monument used by the Hessian State Parliament as representative and office space. The historic building will be renovated and converted in some areas with the aim of being able to use the attic as full-fledged office space again. This requires dry rot remediation in the attic area, conversion measures on the 2nd floor and fire protection upgrades throughout the building, as well as a new installation of technical systems in the basement. The Hessian State Parliament is a security-sensitive area; only security-cleared contractors will be granted access to the construction site. For the orderly execution of the measure, a construction site security service is therefore required, which monitors and enforces compliance with safety rules and manages, monitors, and logs in connection with security checks at the entrance and exit to the construction site. The measure includes the repair of existing plaster surfaces and the new plastering of wall and ceiling surfaces, mainly in the basement and attic, as well as the application of interior insulating plaster on the interior walls of the attic.
