A20, VKE A043, Demolition planning and construction supervision for buildings Jasminstraße 18 - 20

DEGES Deutsche Einheit Fernstraßenplanungs- und -bau GmbH is planning the new construction of the A 20 motorway between Weede and the planned Elbe crossing near Glückstadt on behalf of the state of Schleswig-Holstein. In section 3 of the A 20 between Weede and Wittenborn, several buildings and outbuildings at Jasminstraße 18 to 20, 23795 Bad Segeberg are affected by the route of the A 20 and must be demolished. The essential services of this planning task are: • Review of existing documents, expert site inspections, and, if necessary, clarification of the investigation concept and scope, • Development of a sampling concept, organization and supervision of sampling, including laboratory services for assessing the demolition material, creation of a hazardous substance register with photographic documentation, evaluating and assessing the various components examined from a waste management perspective (1 separate section per structure), creation of a work and safety plan (A+S plan) according to DGUV Rule 101-004. • Development of the demolition and disposal concept, including plans, photographic documentation, and estimation of disposal costs and quantities (1 separate chapter per structure). • Preparation of tender documents (construction descriptions, bills of quantities, and plans) for the demolition and disposal of waste, participation in the tender process. • Support in addressing issues related to hazardous substances, occupational safety, or disposal for the preparation of tender documents for the demolition/deconstruction of the engineering structure. • Local construction supervision during the demolition of the buildings.
