Description

L’objet du marché est la prestation de services relatifs à la préparation des collections archéologiques conservées dans les entrepôts de l’Agence wallonne du Patrimoine situés à Alleur (DZE) et Mons (DZO) en vue de leurs déménagements et aménagements d’un nouvel entrepôt localisé à Ghlin. Description des services à exécuter : - Inventaire des contextes et photos pour chaque caisse contenant des collections stockées dans les entrepôts archéologiques d’Alleur et Mons en vue de leur déménagement (incluant l’encodage dans une base de données, idéalement celle du CCE) ; - Reconditionnement des collections avec des matériaux neutres qui correspondent aux normes de conservation préventives définies par le CCE en vue de leur transport ; - Préparation des collections en vue des déménagements pour intégration des collections au CCE en partenariat avec les zones opérationnelles de Liège et du Hainaut et l’équipe du CCE ; - Soutien à l’équipe des zones opérationnelles de la DZE et de la DZO ainsi que du CCE dans le cadre des déménagements des collections ; - Réflexion sur l’aménagement des espaces de conservation des entrepôts des zones à la suite de leur déménagement (types d’installation, organisation de l’espace, ...) ou réaménagements ; - Conseils et appui pour la conservation préventive ; - Participation à la rationalisation des espaces dans les entrepôts par un procédé de conservation sélective uniquement en accord avec l’archéologue responsable de la fouille.
